Jami Iris Wilenchik Esq. Jami Iris Wilenchik Esq.Ms. Wilenchik practices exclusively in the area of family law, including divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, child support, and modification and enforcement actions. Ms. Wilenchik received her B.A. degree summa cum laude, from Arizona State University. Ms. Wilenchik also received her J.D. degree from Arizona State University College of Law where she was ranked in the top 1/3 of her class, was named to the Dean's List, attained honors for Legal Research and Writing, and graduated with a Pro Bono distinction. In addition, Ms. Wilenchik was a coordinator for the Advocacy for Battered Women Program at the College of Law. Ms. Wilenchik is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Arizona State and Maricopa County Bar Associations. Ms. Wilenchik previously served on the board of the Family Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Ms. Wilenchik has worked with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children on international custody disputes under the Hague Convention and received an award of merit from the National Center in recognition and appreciation for her outstanding commitment to the protection of children and knowledge of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
